Randomly met Donna when moving here from out-of-state in 2011. She did an excellent job helping us find the right home and navigate a difficult purchase negotiation. On several occasions over the years, worked with her on potential real estate investments. In 2019, worked with her on a major sell-side transaction. Her advice on house preparation, presentation, and pricing were all spot-on. As someone who has worked with her as both a buyer and a seller, I honestly say she is easily one of the best out there. My criticism of 99% of the other real estate agents is that they are basically lazy: they simply want to get the transaction done so they say what you want to hear (if you are a buyer) or just encourage you to drop the price (if you are a seller). Donna worked hard for us and was very honest and candid when giving advice...even when it wasn't what we wanted to hear. That is what a true agent does.
